Richard ? - 28 Feb 2011 I stayed here Feb 25-27, 2011. This hotel is indeed Meerut's best hotel with Western-style amenities with attentive (always humblingly so) Indian customer service. The front desk staff reliably speaks a working English and exhibit the customary high level of attention to customer service. Services like currency exchange and local knowledge enhance stays here. The rooms are typical 3-star quality with fresh and clean bathrooms in particular. Water backup but no electrical backup. Rooms are simple and note the lack of alarm clock or hair dryer. Bathrooms feature Western shower head as well as usual Indian toilet hose and shower bucket & stool. In summary, the city's very best hotel. Liked: Rooms, Service, Location, Value, Food, Atmosphere
